云南不同地区勃氏甜龙竹集中发笋期叶光合特性日变化及光合酶活性比较
Comparison on diurnal variations of photosynthetic characteristics and photosynthetic enzyme activities in leaves of Dendrocalamus brandisii in different regions of Yunnan Province during the concentrated shooting period

摘要

为揭示云南不同地区勃氏甜龙竹〔Dendrocalamus brandisii (Munro) Kurz.〕的光合特性日变化规律及光合酶活性特征,对7个地区勃氏甜龙竹集中发笋期叶的4个光合特性指标日变化及5种光合酶活性进行比较。结果表明:在9:00—18:00,思茅的净光合速率整体高于其他地区,并且,除新平外,其他地区的净光合速率日变化曲线均呈双峰型;蒸腾速率日变化曲线在芒市和沧源呈单峰型,在昌宁、临翔、思茅和新平呈双峰型,而在石屏波动式缓慢下降;思茅的气孔导度明显高于其他地区;除临翔外,其他地区的胞间CO2浓度日变化曲线整体呈“U”型。核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸羧化/加氧酶活性以石屏最高,烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸-苹果酸酶活性以新平最高,烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸-苹果酸酶脱氢酶活性以思茅最高,磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶和丙酮酸磷酸双激酶活性以临翔最高。整体而言,云南不同地区勃氏甜龙竹在集中发笋期叶光合特性日变化趋势整体较为相似,且以思茅的光合特性和光合酶活性较高。

 

Abstract

To reveal the diurnal variation patterns of photosynthetic characteristics and the characteristics of photosynthetic enzyme activities of Dendrocalamus brandisii (Munro) Kurz. in different regions of Yunnan Province, the diurnal variations of four photosynthetic characteristic indexes and five photosynthetic enzyme activities in leaves of D. brandisii in seven regions of Yunnan Province during the concentrated shooting period were compared. The results show that during 9:00-18:00, the net photosynthetic rate in Simao is generally higher than those in the other regions, and except for Xinping, the diurnal variation curves of net photosynthetic rate in the other regions all show a bimodal pattern; the diurnal variation curves of transpiration rate in Mangshi and Cangyuan show a unimodal pattern, those in Changning, Linxiang, Simao, and Xinping show a bimodal pattern, while that in Shiping descends slowly in fluctuating manner; the stomatal conductance in Simao is evidently higher than those in the other regions; except for Linxiang, the diurnal variation curves of intercellular CO2 concentration in the other regions generally show  a ‘U’ pattern. Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase activity is the highest in Shiping, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate-malic enzyme activity is the highest in Xinping, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate-malic enzyme dehydrogenase activity is the highest in Simao, while phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase and pyruvate phosphate dikinase activities are both the highest in Linxiang. Overall, the diurnal variation tendencies of photosynthetic characteristics of leaves of D. brandisii in different regions of Yunnan Province during the concentrated shooting period are generally similar, and the photosynthetic characteristics and photosynthetic enzyme activities in Simao are relatively high.
