40个切花用传统秋菊品种的综合评价
Comprehensive evaluation of 40 cultivars of traditional autumn chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum × morifolium) for cut-flowers

摘要

为筛选适宜用作切花生产的传统秋菊〔Chrysanthemum × morifolium (Ramat.) Hemsl.〕品种资源,对40个传统秋菊品种株型特征、叶部特征、花部特征、产品及生产特征相关的16个性状进行观测和分析,在此基础上,采用层次分析法和K-means聚类分析法对供试传统秋菊品种进行综合评价。结果表明:供试传统秋菊各性状的品种间差异较大,变异系数为11.8%~147.6%。节间距、花高径比、舌状花数、花径、花色与亮度相对于目标层的权重分别为0.138 4、0.133 0、0.115 8、0.093 0、0.085 7,明显高于其他性状。40个传统秋菊品种可分为优秀、良好、中等、较差4个等级,其中,优秀等级品种最少,仅3个,分别为‘秣陵-174’(‘Moling-174’)、‘龙都白玉’(‘Longdu Baiyu’)和‘秣陵-179’(‘Moling-179’);良好等级品种最多,有17个;中等和较差等级品种较多,分别有11和9个。综合评价体系筛选出的3个优选品种具有植株高大紧凑、茎秆粗壮、叶片挺立、花型饱满、花色纯正鲜亮、扦插生根能力强、瓶插寿命长、抗性好的特点,适宜用作切花生产。

Abstract

To screen cultivar resources of traditional autumn chrysanthemum [Chrysanthemum × morifolium (Ramat.) Hemsl.]suitable for cut-flower production, 16 traits related to plant architecture traits, leaf traits, flower traits, and product and production traits of 40 traditional autumn chrysanthemum cultivars were observed and analyzed, on the basis, the test traditional autumn chrysanthemum cultivars were comprehensively evaluated by using the methods of analytic hierarchy process and K-means cluster analysis. The results show that there are relatively large differences in different traits among the test traditional autumn chrysanthemum cultivars, and the coefficients of variation are 11.8%-147.6%. The weights of internode length, flower height-to-diameter ratio, ray floret number, flower diameter, and flower color and lightness relative to the target layer are 0.138 4, 0.133 0, 0.115 8, 0.093 0, and 0.085 7, respectively, which are obviously higher than those of the other traits. The 40 traditional autumn chrysanthemum cultivars can be divided into four grades, namely excellent, good, medium, and poor. Among them, the excellent grade has the fewest cultivars, with only 3 cultivars, which are ‘Moling-174’, ‘Longdu Baiyu’, and ‘Moling-179’; the good grade has the most cultivars, with 17 cultivars; the medium and poor grades have relatively abundant cultivars, with 11 and 9 cultivars, respectively. The three preferred cultivars screened by the comprehensive evaluation system possess the characteristics of tall and compact plants, robust stems, upright leaves, full flower forms, pure and bright flower color, strong rooting ability of cuttings, long vase life, and good resistance, and these cultivars are suitable for cut-flower production.
