| 摘要 | 采用多种色谱和现代波谱技术对刺叶锦鸡儿(Caragana acanthophylla Kom.)地上部分的黄酮类成分进行分离、纯化和鉴定。结果显示:共获得12个黄酮类化合物,分别为3-甲醚山柰酚(1)、5,7,4′-三羟基-3,3′-二甲氧基黄酮(2)、芒柄花苷(3)、7,3′-二羟基-5′-甲氧基异黄酮(4)、5,7,2′,4′-四羟基异黄酮(5)、香豌豆酚(6)、3′,7-二羟基-4′,8-二甲氧基异黄酮(7)、圣草酚(8)、柚皮苷(9)、3-去氧苏木查尔酮(10)、4β-carboxymethyl-(-)-epicatechin methyl ester(11)、表儿茶素(12)。这些化合物均首次从刺叶锦鸡儿中分离得到,化合物5、7和9~11首次从锦鸡儿属(Caragana Fabr.)中分离得到。 |
| Abstract | The isolation, purification, and identification of flavonoids from the aerial parts of Caragana acanthophylla Kom. were carried out using multiple chromatographic and modern spectroscopic techniques. The results show that a total of 12 flavonoid compounds are obtained, viz. 3-methylkaempferol (1), 5,7,4′-trihydroxyl-3,3′-dimethoxyflavone (2), ononin (3), 7,3′-dihydroxyl-5′-methoxyisoflavone (4), 5,7,2′,4′-tetrahydroxylisoflavone (5), orobol (6), 3′,7-dihydroxyl-4′,8-dimethoxyisoflavone (7), eriodictyol (8), naringin (9), 3-deoxysappanchalcone (10), 4β-carboxymethyl-(-)-epicatechin methyl ester (11), epicatechin (12), respectively. All these compounds are isolated from C. acanthophylla for the first time, and compounds 5, 7 and 9-11 are isolated from Caragana Fabr. for the first time.
