| 摘要 | 在兔眼蓝莓(Vaccinium ashei J. M. Reade)品种‘灿烂’(‘Brightwell’)避雨栽培果实转色初期喷施10.91和21.81 mmol·L-1茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA),检测成熟果实的营养指标、风味指标以及采后贮藏期间的抗氧化酶活性和腐烂率等品质指标。结果表明:与0.00 mmol·L-1 MeJA(CK)处理相比,采前喷施10.91 mmol·L-1 MeJA显著提高(P<0.05)采收时‘灿烂’果实中总可溶性糖含量,糖酸比,以及P、Mg和Fe含量,并显著增强果香。在采后贮藏0~14 d期间,采前喷施10.91 mmol·L-1 MeJA较CK处理总体显著提高‘灿烂’果实的飞燕草素花色苷和矮牵牛素花色苷含量以及苯丙氨酸解氨酶和多酚氧化酶活性,降低了果实的腐烂率。总体而言,采前喷施10.91 mmol·L-1 MeJA可显著提升‘灿烂’避雨栽培果实品质,适合在蓝莓栽培中推广应用。

| Abstract | The 10.91 and 21.81 mmol·L-1 methyl jasmonate (MeJA) were sprayed on the cultivar ‘Brightwell’ of Vaccinium ashei J. M. Reade rain-sheltered fruit at the early veraison stage, and quality parameters including nutritional and flavor parameters of mature fruit, as well as antioxidant enzyme activities and decay rate during postharvest storage were measured. The results show that compared with 0.00 mmol·L-1 MeJA (CK) treatment, preharvest spraying 10.91 mmol·L-1 MeJA significantly increases (P<0.05) the total soluble sugar content, sugar-acid ratio, as well as P, Mg, and Fe contents in ‘Brightwell’ fruit at harvest, and significantly enhances fruit odor. During 0-14 d of postharvest storage, preharvest spraying 10.91 mmol·L-1 MeJA generally significantly increases the contents of delphinidin anthocyanin and petunidin anthocyanin and activities of phenylalanine ammonia lyase and polyphenol oxidase and reduces decay rate of ‘Brightwell’ fruit compared with CK treatment. Overall, preharvest spraying 10.91 mmol·L-1 MeJA can significantly improve the quality of ‘Brightwell’ rain-sheltered fruit and is suitable for popularization and application in blueberry cultivation.
